Pinnacle

Concept : The dead walls upto terrace parapet cladded in wooden finish acts as vertical planes which are clamped with white horizontal bands at regular intervals. The wooden finish, dark grey and soft white colour palette along with sleek vertical fins and horizontal grooves adds to the Contemporary aesthetic. 
Building comprises of stilt for entrance lobby and services + 13 part storeys housing 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk units. All units are planned with balconies. Parking is accommodated in separate tower at rear side of the building and small garden is planned in the front.
