Concept : Positioned along Digha–Airoli Road, directly opposite Digha Talao, the project draws from both its urban edge and the natural landscape that frames the site. The planning strategy organizes the program to respond to these contrasting conditions. Residential towers are oriented towards the hills in the backdrop, allowing apartments to capture expansive views and a calmer visual horizon away from the primary traffic corridor. This orientation not only enhances the quality of living but also establishes a stronger connection between the built form and the surrounding landscape.
